Support
Obkhodnoy List is a client for Xray-based protocols. The app does not provide servers and does not sell access: to connect, you need a subscription from your provider or your own server.
Contact us
The fastest way is the chat: open the “Support” tab in the app. Real people reply, usually within a day.
Please don’t send us your full subscription link — it contains your personal key. Your HWID (Settings → About) is enough for us to find your device.
How to add a subscription
- Get a link from your provider
A subscription link starts with
https://. A configuration link (vless://,vmess://,trojan://,ss://and others) or a QR code works too. - Add it to the app
Tap “Add Subscription” and paste the link from the clipboard, type it in, or scan the QR code. If your provider’s page has an “add to app” button, just confirm.
- Connect
Tap the big button on the home screen. The first time, iPhone asks permission to add a VPN configuration — tap “Allow”.
- Done
In Auto mode the app picks the fastest server for you. To choose a specific server, open the “Servers” tab.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I get a subscription?
The app does not sell access or provide servers. Your provider gives you a subscription link or a configuration. You can also use your own server running Xray.
Which formats are supported?
Subscription links (https://, including base64), VLESS links (with Reality and XHTTP), VMess, Trojan, Shadowsocks, Hysteria 2, SOCKS and WireGuard, and Xray JSON configurations. Encrypted links from other apps are not supported — ask your provider for a regular link.
It won’t connect. What should I do?
- Refresh the subscription: Settings → Subscriptions → “Refresh All”.
- Turn on Auto mode or pick another server.
- Check the subscription expiry date on the home screen.
- If only some sites open on mobile data, try the mobile internet mode — if your provider supplies servers for it.
- Turn the VPN off and on again.
Still not working? Write to us in the chat and attach a screenshot. The servers themselves are run by your subscription provider, so please report server outages to them as well.
What is Auto mode?
The app picks the fastest server and quietly switches to another one if a server stops responding. In “My server” mode the app connects only to the server you choose.
How do I open some sites without the VPN?
Settings → Connection → “Russian Services Direct”: choose services that open directly, or add your own rules — domains and IP addresses.
What is the HWID?
A random identifier of this iPhone in the app. Your provider uses it to count devices under your subscription. It is not linked to your Apple ID or serial number and stays the same after a reinstall. You can see it in Settings → About.
Where do the expiry date and usage come from?
Your subscription provider reports them. If the provider doesn’t, the app doesn’t show them.
How much data does the speed test use?
The test takes about 20 seconds, runs against CacheFly and Cloudflare servers and can use a few hundred megabytes on a fast connection.
How do I turn off notifications?
Settings → Notifications has separate switches for support and news. You can also use iPhone settings.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → “Delete App Data”. See the privacy policy for details.
Please use the app in accordance with the laws of your country.
